2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, simply contact our support team at contact@solutions-nexusplatform.online. We will process your refund via Stripe within 5-10 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. If you cancel after the initial 30-day period, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, and your access will continue until the end of your current paid period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle after the initial guarantee period.
