By accessing or using the Nexus AI Automation Hub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The service is operated by eBacudo Company LLC, located at 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan WY 82801, United States.
All payments and transactions related to Nexus AI products are processed by our authorized reseller, Digistore24 GmbH, who acts as the legal seller of record. Customer rights, refund eligibility, and billing disputes are governed by Digistore24's terms of service and return policy.
Nexus AI provides an automation hub with the following features: AI Consulting, automation tools (Auto-Responder, Lead Scorer, OCR Extractor, Smart Translator, AI Copywriter, Sentiment Analyzer, Meeting Notes AI, and more), pre-built workflow templates, and integration with 50+ third-party platforms.
You may not use Nexus AI to: process illegal data, launch cyberattacks, scrape data in violation of third-party terms, send spam or unsolicited messages, generate content that infringes intellectual property, or engage in any activity that compromises our infrastructure integrity.
Output generated by Nexus AI tools is provided "as is" and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for verifying accuracy, compliance, and appropriateness of any AI-generated content. Nexus AI does not guarantee the correctness of any output.
eBacudo Company LLC is not liable for data loss, business interruption, or any damages resulting from service downtime, misconfigured workflows, or AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the prior 12 months.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We collect minimal data needed to provide the service: your email address, name, password (encrypted with bcrypt), and metadata about your usage of tools and workflows. Financial data is handled exclusively by Digistore24, our authorized payment partner.
Your data is used to: authenticate your account, provide the AI tools and workflows, send important service notifications, and improve the platform. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
Inputs you submit to AI tools (e.g., emails to summarize, leads to score) are sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) for processing. We do not store the content of your inputs beyond the immediate request, and we do not use your data to train AI models.
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact contact@solutions-nexusplatform.online to submit a request.
We share data only with essential service providers: Digistore24 (payments), Google Cloud (AI processing), and Hostinger (hosting). All providers comply with applicable data protection laws.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days. Backups may persist for an additional 90 days before being permanently deleted.

All purchases of Nexus AI products are processed by our authorized reseller, Digistore24 GmbH (or its subsidiary Digistore24 Inc., depending on your region), who acts as the legal seller of record. Consequently, the Digistore24 internal return policy applies to all transactions.
Customers may request a refund within 60 days from the date of the first payment, in accordance with Digistore24's official return policy. The return period begins when the first payment is made and is no longer available after the period has expired.
