By accessing and using Solutions Nexus, a product operated by DIGITAL EBACUDO INTERPRISE LTDA, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Services are billed in the form of "Tickets". One ticket equates to a single metric of usage within the platform. Unused tickets may or may not roll over depending on your selected tier. All billing is securely processed by Stripe.
You must not misuse our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
DIGITAL EBACUDO INTERPRISE LTDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Refunds can be requested within 7 days of the original purchase date, provided that less than 10% of the purchased "Tickets" have been utilized.
To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at contact@solutions-nexusplatform.online. Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to your original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days.
Custom Enterprise plans (1000+ tickets) are subject to specific contractual terms signed during onboarding and may be exempt from the standard 7-day refund policy.
